Since 1948, The Chesterfield Shop has proudly offered its customers the best warranty policy in the business. Which is why we feel our current exclusive 5-Year Warranty is the most comprehensive policy available in the market place. Rest easy in the comfort of The Chesterfield Shop’s furniture and our warranty.

Offered free of charge and independent of manufacturer warranties, our 5-Year Warranty ensures your peace of mind. Remember to keep your invoice in your records, as it serves as your proof of warranty.

What's Included:

• All workmanship, stitching, seams, tailoring, frames, legs and spring mechanisms.
• Leather and fabrics themselves are warrantied for one (1) year.
• Seat cushions, back cushions, throw pillows must be regulated on a regular basis for maximum foam/filling material life. Normal foam/filling breakdown from day-to-day usage is not covered.

This 5-Year Warranty applies only to furniture with normal in-home usage.

Not Included:

• “As Is” or “One-of-a-Kind” merchandise.
• Defects caused by negligence, misuse or accidents.
• Foam is ONLY covered under a 2 year warranty and covers collapsing.
• Furniture used in commercial, industrial or institutional applications.

In the event your furniture must be serviced outside your home, this warranty does not include cartage costs to and from The Chesterfield Shop warehouse. These cost estimates will be provided upon request.

* Please refer to your invoice number when requesting any warranty information. All disputes over applicability of this warranty shall be determined by The Chesterfield Shop at its sole and absolute discretion.

SMARTONE PLAN FROM ZUCORA HOME 

The Chesterfield Shop is pleased to be partnered with Zucora Home to offer a 5-Year Accidental Stain and Damage Protection Plan to our customers. This plan is an additional cost dependent on your purchase and what you choose to protect (ie. furniture, wood, glass, and area rugs).

Included:

• Household food and beverages
• Human and pet bodily fluids
• Household food oil and grease
• Dye transfer
• Cosmetics or nail polish
• Ballpoint pen ink or crayon
• Rip, tear or cigarette burn(s)
• Frame, springs, joints or mechanisms
• Power motion components
• Liquid marks or rings, heat marks
• Scratches which penetrate the finish
• Warping, lifting or bubbling of veneers
• Breakage of glass

Not Included:

• Wear and tear
• Pet damage
• Permanent Marker
• Accumulation of stains, soiling, and perspiration
• Seam separation and manufacturer defects
• Abuse or misuse
• Cracking and peeling, fading, and discolouration
