We have been shopping around for a couch and The Chesterfield Shop was the 5th store we checked out. We did find better prices at Ashley, The Brick and IKEA but the quality of the sectionals and the customer service that Aya gave us stood head and shoulders above the competition. Aya made us feel comfortable and was very patient even as we tried what felt like every couch in the store with our 7yr old who can be a handful sometimes. Aya even gave our daughter a measuring tape which was very nice. The original plan was to go back to the other stores to compare all the sectionals we had seen and then make a decision. But after dealing with Aya, we decided to just go ahead and purchase the sectional from The Chesterfield Shop. We never felt pressured into anything, all Aya cared about was that we found the right couch for us. Only good things to say about both Aya and The Chesterfield Shop. Thank you!

My mom needed a family room makeover. The sales associate, Amal, was fantastic! She sourced great fabric swatches and advised my mom to bring them home to view in the room. She asked the photos of the current space and the dimensions. When we returned she showed us two design options, paying attention to space and colour scheme of the room. She helped source an area rug that would pull the room together and an accent ottoman to add contrast and warmth to the space. My mom can be indecisive and get overwhelmed, but Amal was able to provide calm and reassuring ideas that focussed on functionality and good design. My mom left content and excited for her family room makeover. Thank you for the great customer service.

Had an amazing experience shopping here over the last 2 days. We were in the market for a new couch and chair for the main room of our home and decided to visit The Chesterfield Shop to get an idea of what they had to offer. Having visited a few other retailers, and experienced rather lackluster (or stereotypical used car salesmen) customer service we were pleasantly surprised.Not only does The Chesterfield Shop have an amazing selection of manufacturers and products, but virtually everything is customizable, with almost endless options.Dennis was a massive help throughout the process, walking us through our options, providing solutions to some of the issues we raised, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and fun. I left the first day adamant about Dennis and The Chesterfield Shop getting our business, and we returned the next day to make the final selections and purchase.They also have easy financing options, which when you're in the middle of moving makes things so much easier. The products are all Canadian/American made, which has the added benefit of making one feel good about buying "local". We will definitely be back and I am sold on being a repeat buyer.
